The Ice Heads are made from 50mm cold room panel and sheeted inside with stainless steel.
The drive motor for breaking up the ice is 1 hp at 2:1 reduction giving you 2hp at the breaker bar, aluminium casing with overload protection.
The ice tubes are manufactured from 1.6mm stainless steel.
Water header is PVC pipe easily removable for cleaning.
Units can be built self contained or with remote condensing units.
Capacity ratings at +35 C ambient temp, +25 C water temp.
From 1 tonne per 24 hr to 6 tonne per 24 hr.
Motors, fans, compressor, contactor, thermostat, pump, bearings, etc. are all readily available throughout Australia.
NO specialty parts are used, no printed circuit boards.
